- How can I Earn Cashback through Reward Eagle?
Reward Eagle has over 100 partner sites. Every time a Reward Eagle User shops from these partner sites (through rewardeagle.com), Reward Eagle gets commission. Most of this commission is paid back to the user as Real Cashback. Reward Eagle also gives extra reward points as a token of loyalty towards Reward Eagle. Pending cashback tracked amounts are indicative and can change upon final confirmation from the merchant. On any purchase made by a user, the corresponding transaction is tracked by the merchant store who in turn share only the relevant information required to track cashback. Factors such as a new user or an existing user or the platform used (Desktop / App / Mobile web etc.), and the specific product category for the item you have purchased influences the cashback rate. However, the complete tracking information is not provided by the merchant to us and thus we cannot always accurately estimate your cashback amount. In case your cashback transaction was confirmed for an incorrect amount, please file a Missing Cashback Claim for Incorrect Amount and share us at hello@rewardeagle.com. - What if I need to wait for cashback for long time?
The cashback process demands a final confirmation from the store to confirm the purchase. Meanwhile, merchants validate that the sale meets conditions for earning requisite cashback. Usually, this process may take 10-12 weeks. Our team constantly coordinates with stores to reduce this wait period and to avoid any discrepancy and providing better service we may usually take 10-12 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed. In case your cashback is pending even after 90 days from the date of purchase, kindly reach out to our customer support at hello@rewardeagle.com. - How can I track my cashback activities?
Generally, it can take up to 56 hours for cashback to get tracked. In case your transaction is not tracked even after mentioned duration, kindly reach out to our customer support at hello@rewardeagle.com. - Why was my cashback cancelled?
Some common reasons when any cashback can be declined are:- The order was cancelled.
- The order was returned or partially returned.
- The order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
- The order was changed.
- The order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
- The order was paid for using Cash on Delivery.
- The order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.
- The order did not comply with the store's cashback policy
- Sometimes stores do not provide us any specific reason for declining the cashback. In such cases a Missing Cashback claim can be filed to our customer support, and we will do our best to find the reason for cancellation of the cashback.
Note: The store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback transaction.
Withdrawl
- I have not received my withdrawal amount.

All the available money generated via Reward Eagle is eligible to withdrawal as per our withdrawal policy. The money in your account never expires and is subject to withdrawal as per user suitability. - How can I withdraw my balance?
- To withdraw your balance, log in to your Reward Eagle account and visit the Cashback Activity in your My Account, or just click here
- Select the method of withdrawal, bank
- Select the account where you wish to transfer your Available Balance
- Enter the amount and hit Submit
- Bank transfers take between 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. There is absolutely no cost or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance.
- What are the minimum withdrawal limits?
The minimum withdrawal amount is set to 250 ₹for all payment options. You can withdraw your balance to your Bank Account - Can I transfer my balance to another Reward Eagle account?
Sorry, we do not allow intra-account transfer of available balance. A user can withdraw successfully only to their RE verified accounts. - I am getting an error while withdrawing my balance. What do I do?

The perquisite condition for any cashback activity requires the final confirmation from the merchant in context with the sale of products, that is to say that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. Meanwhile, the merchants validate the sale to meet conditions required to earn cashback. Our team constantly coordinates with stores to reduce this wait period and to avoid any discrepancy and providing better service we may usually take 10-12 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed - What happens to my transaction if my cashback is cancelled?
In case your cashback is cancelled by the retailer, the cashback amount for that transaction gets removed from your pending balance automatically with the status as cancelled. The merchant store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of a transaction and holds the final binding decision.

- How to ensure on getting cashback?
Below mentioned points ensure that your cashback tracks properly- Be logged into your Reward Eagle account.
- Ensure that you are shopping at a store that offers desired cashback.
- When you click an offer or store or get deals, Reward Eagle redirects you to the corresponding merchant store page. Please ensure that you transact in the opened window.
- Please ensure that your shopping cart is empty in the shopping window. If it is not empty please clear the contents of your cart and visit the store via Reward Eagle again.
- Do not use any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping.
- How to track lost transactions?
We recommend that you wait for at least 56 hours after the transaction is made. In cases where a transaction was not tracked automatically even after 56 hours, kindly reach our customer support at hello@rewardeagle.com and share the nature of your transaction in detail.
- Amazon Transactions & Cashback
Automatic tracking of Amazon transactions is not available at the present. If you buy something from Amazon through Reward Eagle, please share Transaction Date, Product Name, Quantity & Value/Price at hello@rewardeagle.com. This will help us tracking the transaction and adding cashback to your account.

- What is Reward Points?
Reward points are another type of cash reward which you earn when you earn a specific cashback amount. Reward Eagle provides you this extra cashback as a token of gratitude for using our services. - How to earn Reward Points?
You earn 10 Reward Points when you earn 500 ₹ cashack amount in your account. Remember you must have 500 ₹ cashback in your account to claim 10 Reward points. - How much 10 Reward Point is worth of?
10 reward points is worth of 50 ₹. - How to claim Reward Points?
Once you have 500 ₹ cashback amount in your account, login to Reward Eagle Website. Go to your account page and click on Loyalty Program. There you can click on available unlock level and claim your Reward Points.
Note:- Lock and Unlock levels: A level will be unlocked when the cashback amount reaches to claim that level. For example, level 1 will be unlocked on having a cashback amount of 500 ₹. Now the user can claim 10 reward points.
- Claiming the Reward Point/Level: After claiming a level, user can redeem the reward point. Once the reward point is redeemed into a cash amount, the level will be locked again. Now the user has to go to the next level to claim that level.
- In case the user does not claim reward point on reaching a level and crossed the cashback amount limit for the next level, the previous level will be locked.
- Can I redeem Reward Points for something else other than Cashback?
No. You can only redeem your Reward Points for extra cashback. - What happens if I claim all the levels in Loyalty Program?
In that case, all the levels will be reset and you can again start with Level 1. - Is there any other way to earn Reward Points?
Yes. You can earn 5 Reward Point by completing your profile on Reward Eagle. 5 reward points is worth of 25 ₹. You can also earn 10 Reward points from Refer and Earn Program.Another way to earn Reward Points is watching videos on Reward Eagle Mobile App. You can watch up to 3 videos and earn up to 100 reward points daily. - What is the Refer & Earn Program?
This is another way to earn Reward Points. When you refer a friend, and the person register on Reward Eagle with your referral code, you earn 10 Reward Points which are worth of ₹ 50. Kindly remember these rewards points are subject to approval. Only completed profiles are eligible for Referral reward points approval. - Is there any limit on Refer & Earn Program?
Yes. A user can earn from the first 5 Referral Sign up only. - How much time it will take to get my Reward points Approved?
In most cases it will be approved in 1 day. Please make sure your profile is complete with accurate and actual details. Kindly note that only 1 successful Referral sign up is eligible for approval in 10 days. If you have more than one successful Referral sign up, then you have to wait for 10 days to get it approved.
